Seems like a straightforward hybrid. Looks mostly BAOR, but with scattered BUOR traits. The supercilium, of course, but also note black speckling in orange wing patch, an intermediate amount of white on wing, and dusky tips to the outer, orange tail feathers. It was finishing its prebasic molt, which is more typical of BAOR, as BUOR tend to do more of its molting during migration and finish on the wintering grounds.
