First seen on tram road about 1/2 to 2/3rds way to first bend at about 17:10. It flew across road towards maintenance area. At about 17:30, I saw it fly into parking lot, coming from between visitor center. We then followed it for about 15-20 minutes, ending up at entrance to maintenance area. The bird was following a flock of Green Jays the entire time.
