Medium sized mostly white gull with a black head, down curved bill, white tail, dark gray wings with black wing tips which had white spots. It was sitting on a log next to 3 Double-crested Cormorants. It then flew to a closer floating log. Post hurricane/tropical storm Debbie bird.
