Continuing bird found yesterday. The bird hadn’t been seen for a while on arrival, about 20 minutes later I was able to re-find it on the ground on the backside of the dam road. Observed it hawking insects and taking shelter inside an opening of the rock wall to get out of the cold, stiff wind. I was able to get a handful of other birders on the bird. Some doc photos were obtained. Impressively, this bird survived the winter, (our second consecutive extremely mild winter), and was last seen on April 15, 2024!
