Mostly heard only juvenile. Loud cries repeated in series (recorded). Seen briefly twice. Size and shape reminiscent of a Cooper’s Hawk. From above pretty unremarkable. Fine banding in tail but not white. One pic flying straight away showing almost no detail. Heard east of picnic area, then west side of picnic area, then flushed at the pond.
