Large brown raptor seen circling in the distance, high in the sky. Zoomed in and snapped pics, thinking it was probably just a juve BAEA. Upon reviewing photos in process, I could see the gold neck and no white underwing pattern of a juve BAEA. The bird continued circling and came closer and closer until it was almost overhead before returning back the direction it came.
