Continuing. Pictures and videos taken. It is tagged on left leg and has an antenna coming out of it. On the fence by Solar panel at the end of the pier. Twice it flew across to west side of canal and came back to the east side. BUT, at 9:45 am a young man (not a birder) walked right up to the fence very close to it, the LOSH flew west again, but after 10 minutes I left as it did not come back,
