A male Golden-breasted Bunting perching and calling. Golden-breasted Buntings (Emberiza flaviventris) are found in open woodlands and moist savanna in sub-Saharan Africa. They are not gregarious and are usually found alone or in pairs. This male Bunting was calling from a dead twig before flying off. Elevation: 1305 m. Date added to IBC: February 13, 2019.
