NOTES: P.S. TEXANA. [This bird appears to begin with "subsong" and occasional, soft calls, before grading into full song at 1:08. The bird switches song-types at 1:37, 2:01, 2:04, 2:07, 2:53, 4:00, 4:13 (after break in tape), 4:18, 4:23, 4:53, 5:08, 5:13, 5:25, 5:57, 6:01, and 6:07. What appears to be the "High Chattering Call" of BNA is evident at: 0:31-0:33, 0:48, 3:55, 4:42 (BEST example), and 5:00-5:07. The loud calls at 6:37, 6:39 appear to have been given by Mimus polyglottos. Quality unchanged (2-1, though only 2-3 for calls) - CAM - 14 January 2005].
