Примечания
Weather: parly Cloudy, Dry. Breezy. Habitat: Branches of medium sized trees and higher bushes at edge of forest. Recordist's Notes: "I believe the thornbills are responsible for all vocalizations heard on this cut except for the very distinctive song of Lewin's Honeyeater, given only once. Extremely active; constantly flitting from branch to branch even when vocalizing. Kept up with the rest of the flock by 'hit and run' manner of feeding. Thornbills are notoriously difficult to identify without considerable field experience. I believe these were Striated Thornbills (Acanthiza lineata) but they may have been Brown Thornbills (A. pusilla). Although they often allowed very close observation, their small size, obscure coloration (so similar to other local species) and incessant activity, made identification doubtful.". Equipment Notes: Microphone: Norelco AKG DYN 200 24''/8'' Parabola.
