Continuing ratify. Seen in the shrubs- color was hard to make out. It showed a Deep brownish-olive color on the top side, lighter on the underside. The upper chest appeared dark like the back and head - looked like it was wearing s short dark vest. The chin seemed cream-colored - not the whole chin -- just a wedge shape that started narrow at the bill and widened at the neck. When perched it was flicking its tail which was sky-blue - similar in color to to that of a female Western bluebird. The vent was a cream color. The eye-ring was light = maybe white and noticeable and seemed thicker towards the back of the head. The flanks near the wings were a reddish orange and the head appeared a little darker brown than the back and wings. When it flew it stayed low and followed straight line. It did not flit like a warbler or flick its wings like a hermit thrush. I made an effort to make photos from all angels of the bird and though I did the light was poor and the distance was great so the photos are not all that good. Still wow, it was awesome to see. Thank you Rebecca!
