Zone-tailed Hawk

About when pastureland replaces woods (before reaching the green house), we had our first Zone-tailed Hawk encounter for the day. The bird's general flight plan was N to S; the road runs NW here. Making large circles, the hawk crossed the road several times ahead of us. Eventually, it was circling right over us. After a few passes, it continued south. Later, we saw a Zone-tailed Hawk distantly to the north. Either this was a second hawk, or we missed the original bird looping back around to us.
