Continuing. Tiny owl with rufous brown vertical streaks on white breast. No ear tuffs. White markings on face forming a V above and between the eyes. We have heard NSWOs in WI and Pima Co., AZ but this is the first one we have seen. What a treat! Roosting with eyes closed in an Eucalyptus tree.
