First spotted and photographed yesterday by Scott Lubich. Observed again this morning by staff at Oscar’s Place. Unusual habitat for this owl as it perches and hunts in vineyard. It was being harassed by AMCRs when I first spotted it in the vineyard. Took many photos. Heavy vertical barring on breast, disk face, dark eyes, spotted appearance on back.
