Observed from 3:27pm-3:39pm. High, flying from NE to SW, initially high over Green-Wood then roughly over 4th Ave. They eventually circled to the NW and flew over Redhook and possibly lower Manhattan. Large, slow-flapping, with extended necks and legs. Photos.
