Flagged late. Flushed up from small wetland around spillway and bridge (37.040323,-78.222955). Skulky warbler with brown back, light yellow wash below, and fine streaks on flanks, chest, and throat. Tail bobbed in u-shaped pattern while it was perched. Watched it forage low along lake edge (37.040479,-78.223153) before flying down to bottom of spillway (37.040371,-78.222377). Late by a month, with previous latest eBird record from the first week of October. Photos obtained.
