Continuing rarity first seen perched in bare field on west side of road (37.391126,-75.889191), then it flew to eastern field and eventually perched along treeline (37.389635,-75.886803), flew low over field for a bit then perched closer to road (37.389623,-75.887747), soared high over house, then finally last seen perched in second spot along treeline (37.389635,-75.886803). Slender hawk with dark brown back, creamy below with heavy dark brown spotting, and pale eyebrow, forehead, and throat. Photos obtained. Lifer for both observers.
