recording. possibly a photo. Could see large grooved bill. Photos taken just as a guy showed up with a leaf blower, and bird flew off. I was unable to get a clear shot, but photos do show beak. I heard the bird first from the tower, and did hear it again along with Steve R, after the maintenance man left.
