Was heading to the rotary to check out gulls and the ocean with stops along the way. This bird was definitely on my radar due to weather patterns but it was still unexpected here. I never made it to the rotary. Pretty sure there was 2 one was light over all and one was very bright. Never saw them exactly at the same time though. Very challenging conditions to photograph and keep track of a swallow with 30-40mph wind. Looked like they were landing on balconies to rest. Pigeons were hawking insects also.
