Continuing juvenile reported to Bill McIver from a friend and confirmed by others later. Was in pasture just west of the spruce grove and was foraging actively. Watched it until a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk came out of nowhere and attacked it, knocking the crane down. The crane then flew up and heard directly to the east behind the spruce grove and then minutes later appeared over the spruces and watched heading north past Samoa blvd. Later found by others off of Lanphere rd.
