Dabbling duck with a nasal tag, red (or orange?) with black alphanumeric, I think letter "A." Somewhat green-winged-teal-like, but with a pretty prominent eye ring. Not with the green-winged teal group (6 together). Dabbling; tag seen only intermittently. Though there wasn't white obvious near the bill, I believe it's a blue-winged teal.
