lifer!!! Heard before at Hollywood reservoir, first time seeing, first detected by song, and perched on hillside at northern flicker location, furtherst up the canyon we went before returning back down. Curved bill barely visible because of poor photos. Seen for about 20 sec before it hid again, popped up again several mins later briefly at another spot on hillside
