**Rare. Very slightly smaller than Cackling Goose, with a hint of Ross's patterning to base to the bill. Darker body coloration seems to be fairly typical of both Ross's and Snow hybrids with Cackling, but all those I have seen have been noticeably larger with bigger bill.
