I saw it at first sitting on a pine tree near Tom's car care, i quickly went home grabbed my flashlight and camera, I quickly rushed back to the spot, but he was not there. I then looked on the powerlines, and sure enough, he was there! I was able to get great shots, he was quite tame! He then flew off. My advice for anyone who want's to find this bird, is to drive along 174, and Laws Ranch Rd at night and look for bumps on the power lines I have seen them near the beginning of Meadow Drive before as well!
