Matt S immediately put me on the bird as soon as I arrived (thanks Matt!) by the big locust halfway down the hedge. Close views for a few minutes, then another prolonged look later at the N end of the hedge. Cute warbler occasionally pumping tail as it foraged. Appeared to be a female/imm with classic face pattern (dark arc under eye), yellowish under-parts and greenish upper-parts and streaked flanks. Photos.
