Air temperature about 55-60¡F; water temperature estimated (by touch) at 50¡F. Calm, partly cloudy with bright full moon lighting up the forest and stream well. Flashlight not needed to navigate the streamside. Stream is clear water with series of pools and ripples, never more than a 1/2 meter deep in the pools, and most ripples averaging <10cm deep.
