One by itself with Mallards (he or she was standing on the bank about 10 ft away from the Mallards who would ocassionally swim, but the Canadian Goose did not swim for the 15 minutes I watched), and 6 other geese finished out the 7 total . . They flew over the first goose and landed in the lake a few hundred feet to the West of the first Canadian Goose. I don't know why he or she didn't join them . . . Maybe mourning the recent loss of a mate?
