Immature appearing distressed. It was perched very close (maybe 20 ft?) from Icke Boardwalk and did not fly away in presence of nearby birders. Some feathers (wing, tail) looked a bit ragged. Some blood visible under right wing. It preened some, then hopped up several branches, then flew about 100(?) feet landing farther from the boardwalk - so maybe it will be OK?
