🔴 Very late. My first in October in NYS and only my second this year in the county. Solitary bird shuffle-hopping around on exposed branches in trees on west side of Mohawk Road. Rather chunky cuckoo with a bit of yellow bill at base of dusky bill. Extensive rufous in wings visible as bird held wings drooped. iPhone video and stills.
