Awesome! Pulled off instantly when we saw a large Ibis group. in a flooded field off the road at the checklist pin hoping for a Glossy. We lucked out and found it in the first and closest group we scanned. Uniform dark grayish legs lacking red tones. Bill was a very similar color to its legs. White around face was cleanly white and did not extend around the eye. Facial skin dark bluish gray without any hybridy purplish hues. Eye color appeared chestnutty at times when exposed to direct sunlight, but otherwise mostly dark and certainly not red. Pics and video. We’ll continue to review pics and seek feedback, but based on field views and initial photo review it’s a pretty clear Glossy.
