Heard this bird singing in Adams Park while walking my dog. Unfortunately was not able to get a photo, but I will upload audio that is a compilation of five different recordings I took of the bird. Both Merlin and BirdNET agree that it is a Northern Parula. Hope to check back and will re-report (ideally with a photo) if I can spot again.
