Observasjonsdetaljer

Seen during first checklist flying towards one of the trees lining the riverside. I immediately recognized it as a kingfisher from the silhouette as it flew across the river, but didn't know what species (only birdied in the U.S few times so far). Seen again during the second checklist- very loud as it landed in the tree. Crest clearly seen- quite large compared to the kingfisher species I've seen in India
