Two cuts of a Wing-banded Antbird (presumably a male) that sings and churrs after playback as it forages on the ground, tossing leaves with its bill on the floor of terra firme along the “Novo Jerusalém Campina Trail”. An Amazonian Barred-Woodcreeper sings once in the first cut, overlapping with the antbird, and a White-throated Toucan calls in the distance in the second cut. The first cut starts at 9:26am; the second starts at 10:08am, a good while after playback. Recorded with a Sony PCM-D50 and a Sennheiser ME67 directional mic with foam windscreen.
