Observasjonsdetaljer
Alone, dove under twice but couldn't relocate it after the second dive. About 400m from shore and I was 3/4 the way until the petroglyph at Squeaky Point. Spotted at exactly 4:52pm. Close to a small group of white winged scoters but more distant than the rest which caught my eye. Noticed the beak shape and white breast/face to rule out the tufted puffin. Between my excitement and the difficult lighting, managed to get a photo which at least showed main features. Pattern on face led me to horned puffin as it is rare but most likely given the location.
