Kommentarer

Songs, mostly in flight display, from a bird in sage flats with a few junipers mixed in. The louder, short strophes are mostly while perched on a juniper, while the very long, quieter and more complex ones are from in flight. During flight displays the bird would fly from 1-4m off the ground with slow, exaggerated wingbeats and in long undulations, making a large circle over an area with a diameter of about 50-70m. It would occasionally land on one of the junipers (which were at the edge of the circle), and give a song or two while perched before starting the flight display again.
