A different individual Hermit Thrush sings near our campsite. During the time I was recording him, he started singing on the dead branch of an oak, then went to the ground and grabbed something to eat, sang from a boulder, and then flew farther off. A Yellow-eyed Junco can be heard singing in the distance now and then.
