Kommentarer

An above, lateral view of a freshly arrived migrant bird, an assumed first summer male. Assumed first summer male due to the relatively pale throat, pale covert tips, lack of a stronger grey wash on breast (the bird appeared much duller in the field). The bird is alert to a couple of Red-billed Blue magpie, a species which has learnt to take advantage of the situation and commonly predate tired migrants at this location. Elevation: 13 m.
