Kommentarer

Bird feeding on Kowhai leaves in gentle rain in suburban garden . The New Zealand Pigeon (Kerreru in Maori) is better known for eating the fruit of native trees. This one and its mate stripped this native Kowhai tree of nearly all its leaves. Elevation: 7 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
