NOTES: A male bird seen on an exposed perch alongside the road, initially 12 meters away, later 5 meters away, and 1-1 1/2 meters up, at times jumping up to sing but at others singing while perched; bird was flushed off by a Ramphocelus carbo at end of first part of recording; largely overcast (high thin clouds), calm, upper 70s to low 80s. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Grassland, Evergreen Forest, Rural, Pasture.
