Continuing rarity refound this morning by Elijah Hayes. Elijah had the gull in his scope when I arrived and we watched it for a while as it rested and then preened. Eventually it got hungry and took off flying, so we got to watch it foraging over the water. This was at the thin little jetty north of the marina. 44.6244334, -124.0526326
