*flagged as high; exact count. Really incredible. Flock of 10 near the trailhead feeding on raisins that a previous hiker had placed. Simultaneously, Will had 4 individuals near the feeders, and then 2 further past them. Made sure not to double count. It is possible that the flock near the trailhead had greater than 10 individuals, but keeping it at 10 to be safe. I was completely surrounded when walking along this trail as all these birds swirled around me, landed in the trees on either side, and landed on the snow to pick up raisins.
