Continuing amazing find by Jon Skinner. Seen for about 20 seconds when the bird landed with Horned Larks near the parking lot. They took flight and landed on the other side of the fence on the tarmac where it continued to feed with Horned Larks. Thank you to the birders who got me on it and to Will for sharing an excellent scope view. Doc photos. Lifer!
