Heard lots of BBWD calls from the checklist pin while I was checking blackbird flock for Brewer’s, etc. Looked over and caught a flock of them in flight that went behind the slope down to what I assume is a pond. Had no idea these were around, but I assume they are already well-documented by others. Photo shows 18-19 birds, but I counted at least 26 in flight but possibly more as they quickly dipped down.
