Rare, continuing, found by Woody Goss. Along the concrete wall along the South Pier in front of the beach grass. Immature/1st cycle female with extensive dark barring throughout except face. Bird pretty much in same spot all day till it flew to the end of the South Pier on top of the radar equipment. Beautiful setting as the Sun set. Photos to follow.
