Marked rare. Late. Tiny warbler seen in small trees in the area with construction equipment across the Marina Road from the bathrooms. Had yellow throat and two white wingbars. Blue-gray upperparts and green mantle. White eye-arcs. Attracted by playback of owl call, to which it responded with chip notes that were reminiscent of Swamp Sparrow. Will submit photos.
