Arrived shortly after 1300, 30+ people were waiting for it to come out of a cattail clump that it was last seen in. A few people had a half-second glimpse around 1415, but the bird popped out and swam/flew between a a couple cattail clumps around 1445, giving a couple decent 5-10 second looks to the handful of us standing in the right area (southern, relative to the bird in the cattails).
