Continuing bird foraging around and bobbing in river channel at (33.68509° N, 117.94080° W). Very unique bird (at least by North American standards) overall similar in build to an American Pipit but longer tailed with a completely different color scheme. The bird was mostly grayish above with white sides, belly and face with contrasting dark stripe through the eye. Most striking feature was definitely the large black bib on the breast.
