Continuing. My parents texted me about a Golden Eagle at Slabtown, so I got there as soon as I could. We looked for a couple hours where they saw it. Then dad and I drove over the bridge and looked for a little while longer. We were about to leave when he looked over his shoulder and there it was!! Amazing views as it soared overhead for probably 10 or so minutes. Dedicating this bird to Doc Hatch the person that got me into birding who sadly passed away this week.
