no reliable count attained. many hundreds on the water, in flight and on cliffs. likely in the low to mid tens of thousands. count is estimated. flocks were consistently circling along with vast numbers on cliffs and large rafts on the water. rafts were estimated from 10-300, a count from a video showed estimated 700 in flight from one angle. estimated 400 on one angle of cliff from a still image. i doubt there were under 10000 but likely not over 70000. again, incredibly rough estimates and not accurate counts, but to avoid listing the count as present. no eggs or chicks seen.
