Sounds like white noise, but it is a large group of Common Grackles in the trees above the observation area.

The grackles did not want to cooperate with being counted today. From what I could count in the tops of trees and from photos of them in the marsh grasses I am going to estimate 1000 which is the number I was able to more accurately count on other occasions the past few weeks.
